Installation Procedure

  1. Connect the fuel tank filler pipe hose (4) to the fuel pipe. Refer to Plastic Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
    2. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution

  2. Install the fuel tank filler pipe hose clamp (2) and tighten to 4 N.m (35 lb in).
  3. Install the fuel tank filler pipe bolt (1) to the fuel tank filler pipe (3) and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
  4. Install the underbody rear air deflector right side. Refer to Underbody Rear Air Deflector Replacement - Right Side .

  5. Install the fuel tank filler pipe bolt (1) to the fuel tank filler pipe (2) and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
  6. Install the rear wheelhouse liner. Refer to Rear Wheelhouse Liner Replacement .
