Rear Camber Adjustment

  1. Remove and DISCARD the rear lower control arm bolt (1).
    CAUTION: This bolt is designed to permanently stretch when tightened and therefore MUST be replaced anytime it is removed. The correct part number fastener must be used to replace this type of fastener. Do not use a bolt that is stronger in this application. If the correct bolt is not used, the parts will not be tightened correctly. The system or the components may be damaged.

  2. With the NEW rear lower control arm bolt (1) in place, rotate the rear lower control arm bolt (1) until the proper camber setting is achieved. Wheel Alignment Specifications 
  3. Verify the rear camber specifications and adjust as necessary.
  4. Tighten the rear suspension link inner fastener. Refer to Lower Control Arm Replacement
    CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution .
    NOTE: Hold the rear suspension link inner fastener bolt while tightening the rear suspension link inner fastener nut.
