Remove the instrument panel center air outlet duct. Refer to Instrument Panel Center Air Outlet Duct Replacement . Remove the side window defogger outlet duct - right side. Refer to Side Window Defogger Outlet Duct Replacement - Right Side .
1	Instrument Panel Airbag Fastener (Qty: 6) CAUTION: Refer to Fastener Caution . Tighten 5 N.m (44 lb in)
2	Instrument Panel Airbag Assembly Procedure Refer to Inflatable Restraint Module Handling and Scrapping . Enable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling .
3	Accessory Wiring Harness Retainer Procedure Replace the accessory wiring harness retainer (passenger airbag retainer), if necessary.
