BO-641 Suction Holder

- Windshield Replacement - Remove
- Install the windshield header finish upper molding (1) to the windshield (2) .
- Fit and lock BO-641 holder to the windshield.
- Insert the windshield without adhesive bead with the windshield header finish upper molding on the windshield body frame.
- Position the windshield in the middle of the windshield body frame so that the distance between windshield edge and A-Pillar is equal on both sides.
- Fix 2 fabric tape (2) over the windshield and the windshield body frame.
- Mark the 2 measurement points (1) on fabric tape as shown in the graphic.
- Cut the tape on both sides through the dash line (1).
- Remove the windshield from body frame.
- Apply primer on the windshield.
- Apply adhesive bead (1) on body frame.
Cut into the tip of the cartridge in such a way that a bead of adhesive approx. 13 mm (0.511 in) thick is produced.
- Insert the windshield into the body frame using BO-641 holder.
- Push the windshield in direction of arrows until it rest against the lower edge of the body frame.
- Adjust the windshield so that markings (1) on the fabric tape line up exactly.
- Secure windshield in position with fabric tape.
- Unlock and remove BO-641 holder from the windshield.
- Clean any excess urethane adhesive from the body.
- Windshield Replacement - Install

A second technician is required.
