Installation Procedure

  1. Remove the CH-6015  plugs from fuel feed pipe connectors.
    2. Fig 1: Fuel Feed Pipe & Mounting Components

  2. Install the fuel feed pipe (1).
  3. Install the fuel feed pipe bolts (4) loosely tighten.
    4. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  4. Install the fuel feed pipe nut (3) and tighten to 30 N.m (22 lb ft).
  5. Install the 2 fuel feed pipe bolts (4) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
  6. Connect the fuel feed pipe (2). Refer to Metal Collar Quick Connect Fitting Service .
  7. Install the engine sight shield. Refer to Engine Sight Shield Replacement .
  8. Connect the battery negative cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
