Installation Procedure

- Install the radiator surge tank inlet hose/pipe (2) and the 2 clamps (3)
- Install the radiator surge tank inlet hose/pipe bolt (1) and tighten to 10 N.m (89 lb in).
- Clip in the clip (4) to the fuel pump cover.
- Install the intake manifold cover. Refer to Intake Manifold Cover Replacement .
