Preliminary Procedure Remove the Instrument panel cluster lower compartment. Refer to Instrument Panel Cluster Lower Compartment Replacement .
1	Steering Power Variable Control Module Procedure Disconnect the electrical connector from the control module. Release the retaining tabs and remove the control module from the body control module bracket. After installation is complete, refer to Control Module References for programming and setup information.

Steering Power Variable Control Module

Procedure

Disconnect the electrical connector from the control module.
Release the retaining tabs and remove the control module from the body control module bracket.
