Installation Procedure

  1. Install the air cleaner element (4) into the air cleaner housing (3).
  2. Install the air cleaner housing cover (2).
    3. CAUTION:

    Refer to Fastener Caution .

  3. Install the 6 air cleaner housing cover bolts (1) and tighten to 5 N.m (44 lb in).
  4. Install the air cleaner outlet duct. Refer to Air Cleaner Outlet Duct Replacement .

  5. Connect the intake air sensor wiring harness plug (2).
