Installation Procedure
WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2012 Buick Verano. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
- Install the water pump (2) and install the 2 water pump bolts (1) and tighten to 23 N.m (17 lb ft).
- Install the 2 water pump bolts (1) to the engine front cover and tighten to 23 N.m (17 lb ft).
- Install the 3 water pump sprocket bolts (2) through the EN-44602 holding tool (1) and tighten the bolts to 8 N.m (71 lb in).
- Remove the EN-44602 holding tool (1) from the water pump sprocket.
- Install the water pump cover. Refer to Water Pump Cover Replacement .
- Install the radiator outlet pipe. Refer to Radiator Outlet Pipe Replacement .
- Install the three way catalytic converter. Refer to Three-Way Catalytic Converter Replacement .
