Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the radiator outlet hose from the water inlet and reposition. Refer to Radiator Outlet Hose Replacement .
  2. Remove the radiator surge tank outlet hose from the water inlet and reposition. Refer to Radiator Surge Tank Outlet Hose Replacement .

  3. Remove the 2 water inlet bolts (2) and the water inlet (4) with the gasket (5).
