Installation Procedure

  1. Position the power steering fluid reservoir inlet pipe on the vehicle.

  3. Connect the power steering fluid reservoir inlet pipe (2) to the power steering fluid cooler and secure with the power steering fluid reservoir inlet pipe clamp (1).

  5. Install the plastic push pin retainer (3) and secure the power steering fluid reservoir inlet pipe clamp (1) in the plastic clip (3).

  7. Connect the power steering fluid reservoir inlet pipe (2) to the power steering fluid reservoir and secure with the power steering fluid reservoir inlet pipe clamp (1).
  8. Clean any excess power steering fluid from the vehicle and remove the drain pans.
  9. Fill and bleed the power steering system. Refer to Power Steering System Bleeding .
