Radiator Support Baffle Replacement

Radiator Support Baffle Replacement

Callout Component Name

Preliminary Procedures

  1. Remove the front bumper fascia. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Replacement (Buick) .
  2. Remove the front bumper fascia upper support. Refer to Front Bumper Fascia Upper Support Replacement (Chevrolet) .
  3. Remove the radiator air lower baffle and deflector. Refer to Radiator Air Lower Baffle and Deflector Replacement (LUJ, LUV)  or Radiator Air Lower Baffle and Deflector Replacement (2H0) .
  4. Remove the air upper baffle and deflector. Refer to Radiator Air Upper Baffle and Deflector Replacement (LUJ, LUV)  or Radiator Air Upper Baffle and Deflector Replacement (2H0) .
  5. Disconnect the transmission fluid auxiliary cooler from the radiator support baffle if equipped. Refer to Transmission Fluid Auxiliary Cooler Replacement .
1 Radiator Support Baffle Fastener (Qty: 4)
CAUTION:

Refer to Fastener Caution .
2 Radiator Support Baffle
Procedure 
Tilt the radiator support bracket forward and lift to remove from the vehicle.
