Start the engine. DTC P0C19 should not be set.
Verify DTC P0A90 is not set.
- If the DTC is set, refer to Diagnostic Trouble Code (DTC) List - Vehicle .
Verify the engine or AC compressor is not seized or binding.
- If the engine is seized or binding, refer to Symptoms - Engine Mechanical .
- If the AC Compressor is seized or binding, refer to .
Verify the A15 starter generator is not seized or binding.
If DTC P0C19 is set, replace the A15 starter generator.
