Engine Control Module Replacement

Preliminary Procedure: Disconnect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnection and Connection .
1	Engine Control Module Retainer (Qty: 3) Procedures Disconnect the electrical connector. Pull up the engine control module from the battery box. Open with caution both retainers at the sides and pull the engine control module outside the bracket.
2	Engine Control Module Procedure: Refer to Control Module References for programming and set up of the engine control module.

Disconnect the electrical connector.
Pull up the engine control module from the battery box.
Open with caution both retainers at the sides and pull the engine control module outside the bracket.
