Installation Procedure
- Transfers all parts as necessary.
- Insert the sunroof housing assembly to the gauge pin location in the opening.
Tighten the three fasteners.
- Install the sunroof housing assembly with the remaining fasteners and tighten to 9 N.m (80 lb in).
- Connect the front wiring harness actuation unit.
Connect the 2 wiring harness plugs.
- Install the rear water drain hose actuation unit.
Connect the 2 hoses and apply tie straps if required.
- Install the front water drain hose actuation unit.
Connect the 2 hoses and apply tie straps if required.
- Verify the operation of the sunroof.
- Water test the vehicle before installing the headliner.
- Install the headlining. Refer to Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (With Sunroof) , Headlining Trim Panel Replacement (Without Sunroof) .
