Installation Procedure

  1. Install the new side impact inflator module wiring harness (4) to seat (1).
  2. Install the retaining clips that secure the side inflator module wiring harness (4) to seat (1).
  3. Install the inflatable restraint side impact inflator module (2) to seat (1). Refer to Inflatable Restraint Side Impact Module Replacement - Front  for installation.
  4. Enable the SIR system. Refer to SIR Disabling and Enabling Zone 7  or SIR Disabling and Enabling Zone 9 .
