Removal Procedure

CAUTION: Refer to Glass and Sheet Metal Handling Caution in Cautions and Notices.

CAUTION: Refer to Express Window Down Caution in Cautions and Notices.

Remove the door trim panel. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Side Front Door .
Remove the water deflector. Refer to Water Deflector Replacement - Front Door .
Remove the door control module.
Remove the window inner belt molding. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Front Door Window Belt Inner .
Remove the window outer belt molding. Refer to Sealing Strip Replacement - Front Door Window Belt Outer .
Reconnect power to the window.
Lower the window regulator in order to access the window clamps through the access hole.

Depress the tabs on the window clamp (2) in order to release the window from the regulator.

Remove the window by tilting the window forward then pulling the window up and out of the door.
