Installation Procedure

  1. Install the center belt assembly to the seat assembly adjuster rail. The rivet (1) was installed for location purposes during production assembly and does not need to be reinstalled. However, if replaced seat installation difficulty may be reduced.
    2. CAUTION: Make sure the anchor bolt is through the seat adjuster track and center belt holes. Failure to do so could result in system failure, leading to injury in the event of a collision.
  2. Install the seat assembly into the vehicle. Refer to Seat Replacement - Split Bench in Seats.
