Installation Procedure

  1. Install the window regulator to the midgate.
  2. Connect the window regulator electrical connector (1).

    NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  3. Install the nuts retaining the window regulator to the midgate.

    Tighten:  Tighten the window regulator nuts to 25 N.m (18 lb ft).

  4. Install the midgate window. Refer to Window Replacement - Midgate .
  5. Inspect and adjust the midgate window alignment to the weatherstrip channel. Refer to Window Replacement - Midgate .
  6. Install the midgate inner panel. Refer to Midgate Panel Replacement - Inner .
