Conditions for Setting the DTC
- The PCM detects the following for every 2 engine revolutions:
- 6 low resolution engine speed signals
- 1 camshaft position (CMP) sensor signal
- A number other than 0 or 36 medium resolution engine speed signals
- The above conditions are met for more than 8 seconds.
