Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the fuel injector sight shield. Refer toFuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement (L36)Fuel Injector Sight Shield Replacement (L67) in Engine Mechanical-3.8L.

  2. Disconnect the throttle position (TP) sensor electrical connector.

  3. Remove the two TP sensor screws.

  4. Remove the TP sensor.
