Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the instrument panel upper trim pad. Refer to Trim Panel Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) Upper in Instrument Panel, Gages and Console.
    2. Fig 1: View Of Sun Load Sensor

  2. Disconnect the sunload air temperature sensor and the daytime running lamp light sensor from the defroster grille.
  3. Disconnect the electrical connector from the sun load air temperature sensor.
  4. Remove the sunload sensor.
