Installation Procedure

    Fig 1: Fuse Block & Wires

  1. Install the wires to the fuse block. Refer to Electrical Center Identification Views .
  2. Install the fuses and the relays to the fuse block. Refer to Electrical Center Identification Views .

  3. Position the fuse block to the I/P. Install the fuse block to the fuse block bracket on the body wiring harness.

  4. Install the wiring harness retainer (1) to the passenger knee bolster bracket (2).

  5. Install the lamp harness retainer (1) to the passenger knee bolster bracket (2).

  6. Install the I/P compartment. Refer to Compartment Replacement - Instrument Panel (I/P) in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  7. Install the right I/P insulator. Refer to Closeout/Insulator Panel Replacement - Right in Instrument Panel, Gages, and Console.
  8. Install the access hole cover to the I/P fuse block.
  9. Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to Battery Negative Cable Disconnect/Connect Procedure in Engine Electrical.
