Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the headliner. Refer to Headliner Replacement in Interior Trim.
    2. Fig 1: Sunroof Motor & Control Module

  2. Remove the nylon tie straps located at both ends of the sunroof control module (2)
  3. Disconnect the electric connectors at both ends of the control module.

  4. Release the module retainers from the metal bracket by sliding the control module toward the left side of the vehicle.
  5. Remove the control module from the sunroof.
