Removal & Installation

  1. Remove fuel sender assembly from fuel tank. See FUEL SENDER ASSEMBLY . Remove the fuel level sensor electrical connector retaining clip. Disconnect the fuel level sensor electrical connector from under the fuel sender cover.
  2. Disconnect the fuel pump electrical connector. Remove the fuel level sensor from the fuel sender assembly. See Fig 1. To install, reverse removal procedure.
