Lock-Out Prevention

When lock-out prevention is activated, BCM will prevent doors from locking if a driver leaves ignition key in ignition switch with driver door open and tries to lock doors using door lock switch. Lock-out prevention also occurs if ignition switch is in RUN or ACC position. Lock-out prevention function can be overridden by holding driver or passenger door lock switch to LOCK position for 3 seconds resulting in locking of all doors.
