Memory Seats

Memory Seat Module (MSM) receives signal from manual switches and supplies appropriate motor with power. Each motor has a position sensor (potentiometer) mounted on transmission cable. When cable rotates, resistance in position sensor varies. MSM monitors feedback voltage (0.25-4.75 volts) of position sensor to determine position of motor to store for memory recall function. Memory recall switches are located in driver's door panel armrest. Memory recall switch records and recalls seat positions.
