  2. Disconnect power window control module Black 4-pin connector. Power window control module is located behind door trim panel, in front of left front door. Turn ignition switch to RUN position. Using DVOM, measure voltage between ground and power window control module 4-pin connector terminal "A" (Brown wire). If battery voltage exists, go to next step. If battery voltage does not exist, go to step  4 .
  3. Using DVOM, measure voltage between ground and power window control module 4-pin connector terminal "B" (Gray wire). Press left front window switch to DOWN position on master switch assembly while observing voltage reading. If battery voltage exists, go to step  5 . If battery voltage does not exist, go to step  6 .
  4. Repair open in Brown wire to power window control module 4-pin connector terminal "A". See WIRING DIAGRAMS  .
  5. Using DVOM, measure voltage between ground and power window control module 4-pin connector terminal "C" (Dark Blue wire). Press left front window switch to UP position on master switch assembly while observing voltage reading. If battery voltage exists, go to step  11 . If battery voltage does not exist, go to step  7 .
  6. Check for open or short to ground in Gray wire to power window control module. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . If open or short to ground is found, go to step  8 . If open or short is not found, go to step  10 .
  7. Check for open or short to ground in Dark Blue wire to power window control module. See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . If open or short to ground is found, go to step  9 . If open or short is not found, go to step  10 .
  8. Repair open or short to ground in Gray wire to power window control module.
  9. Repair open or short to ground in Dark Blue wire to power window control module.
  10. Replace master switch assembly. See WINDOW SWITCH  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
  11. Connect fused jumper between power window control module 4-pin connector terminals "A" and "D" (Brown wires). If left front window operates, go to next step. If left front window does not operate, go to step  13 .
  12. Connect fused jumper between power window control module 4-pin connector terminal "D" (Brown wire) and ground. Press left front window switch to UP position on master switch assembly. If left front window operates, go to step  16 . If left front window does not operate, go to step  15 .
  13. Check for open or short to ground in Brown wire to power window control module 4-pin connector terminal "D". See WIRING DIAGRAMS  . If open or short to ground is found, go to next step. If Brown wire is okay, go to step  15 .
  14. Repair open or short to ground in Brown wire to power window control module 4-pin connector terminal "D".
  15. Replace left front window motor. See WINDOW MOTOR  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
  16. Replace power window control module. See POWER WINDOW CONTROL MODULE  under REMOVAL & INSTALLATION.
