NOTE: After repair or component replacement is completed, perform POWER SEAT/MIRROR MEMORY SYSTEM CHECK  under TROUBLE SHOOTING to verify system is functioning properly.
  1. Perform POWER SEAT/MIRROR MEMORY SYSTEM CHECK  under TROUBLE SHOOTING. Go to next step.
  2. Disconnect Memory Seat Module (MSM) Black 2-pin connector C2. Using DVOM connected to ground, measure voltage at MSM connector C2, terminal "A" (Orange wire). If 10-15 volts exists, go to next step. If 10-15 volts does not exist, go to step 8).
  3. Measure voltage between MSM connector C2, terminals "A" (Orange wire) and "B" (Black wire). If 10-15 volts exists, go to next step. If 10-15 volts does not exist, go to step 9).
  4. On models with WO1 option package (heated seats and lumbar adjust), disconnect MSM Blue, 32-pin connector C1. On models without WO1 option package, disconnect Red, 32-pin connector C1. Using DVOM, measure voltage between MSM connector C1, Orange wire terminal D11 (with WO1) or B11 (without WO1) and MSM connector C2, terminal "B" (Black wire). If 10-15 volts exists, go to next step. If 10-15 volts does not exist, go to step 10).
  5. Disconnect left front seat switch connector. Measure voltage between MSM connector C2, terminal "A" (Orange wire) and left seat switch connector terminal "L" (Black wire). If 10-15 volts exists, go to next step. If 10-15 volts does not exist, go to step 11).
  6. Measure voltage between left seat switch connector terminals "J" (Orange wire) and "L" (Black wire). If 10-15 volts exists, go to next step. If 10-15 volts does not exist, go to step 12).
  7. Replace left seat switch.
  8. Repair open in Orange wire between rear junction block and MSM. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .
  9. Repair open in Black wire between splice S208 and MSM. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .
  10. Repair open in Black wire between rear junction block and MSM. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .
  11. Repair open in Black wire between splice S332 and left front seat switch. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .
  12. Repair open in Orange wire between splice S338 and left front seat switch. See WIRING DIAGRAMS .
