DTC B0807: Battery For Door Lock Circuit (Open): Description

When either door lock switch is locked or unlocked, a ground signal is sent to BCM. When BCM receives signal for doors to lock or unlock (except driver's door), voltage is supplied through circuit No. 1540 (Orange wire) to circuits No. 294 (Tan wire) or No. 295 (Gray wire).

DTC B0807 will set when BCM detects an open in circuit No. 1540 (Orange wire) for more than 0.3 second when BCM commands doors to lock or unlock. No driver warning message will be displayed.

If conditions for malfunction no longer exist, history DTC will clear after 100 consecutive ignition cycles. DTC B0807 will also clear when conditions no longer exist or scan tool is used to clear codes.

NOTE: If DTC B0807 is a history code, problem may be intermittent. Wiggle wires while performing the following test.
NOTE: When ignition switch is turned to RUN position with BCM disconnected, PCM-related DTC P1626 will be set. After BCM repair is completed, see appropriate TESTS W/CODES article in ENGINE PERFORMANCE section:
