The following conditions may cause an intermittent: Intermittent open or short in circuit No. 1037 (Light Green wire) or No. 1049 (Dark Green wire); poor connections; or intermittent in splice pack SP205. BCM may store DTC U1016 if certain diagnostics are performed between the PCM and Data Link Connector (DLC).
