Front End Discriminating Sensor: Removal

1. Before proceeding, read air bag service precautions section. See SERVICE PRECAUTIONS  . Disable air bag system. See DISABLING SYSTEM  .
2. Forward discriminating sensor is located next to hood latch bracket. Remove CPA clip and disconnect electrical connector. Remove sensor mounting fasteners. Remove sensor. See Fig 1 .
