Cruise Control Cable

NOTE: If cruise control cable is adjusted too tight, throttle will not be able to close solidly, causing an unstable idle quality.

Remove air cleaner and resonator. With throttle closed, set a gap of 0-2 mm between face of adjustment screw and cable slug. Turn adjustment screw clockwise to loosen cable, and counterclockwise to tighten cable. To install, reverse removal procedure.
