Circuit Description

Ignition Control Module (ICM) sends signals that Powertrain Control Module (PCM) requires for fuel control and spark advance calculations. An open in IC circuit or a short to voltage in by-pass circuit at engine start-up will cause PCM to monitor IC pulses during cranking, when ICM should be grounding IC circuit. This condition will cause a DTC P1350 to set.
