Code 13 - Abs Active Or Low TRAC Light Circuit Fault: Notes

NOTE: Test numbers refer to numbers on diagnostic chart. Use only 10-megohm (minimum) DVOM for all voltage and resistance tests. For identification of circuits and terminals referenced in charts and text, see WIRING DIAGRAM  .

  1. Determines if LOW TRAC light can be properly controlled.
  2. Determines if LOW TRAC light is on constantly.
  3. Checks for short to ground in LOW TRAC circuit.
  4. Determines if code was set due to an EBCM malfunction.
  5. Determines if code was set due to an EBCM malfunction.
  6. Determines if LOW TRAC light can be controlled manually.
  7. Verifies the integrity of LOW TYRAC light circuit.
  8. Determines if there is a short to voltage in the LOW TRAC circuit.
  9. Determines if code is set due to an EBCM malfunction.
