Left Front Door Isolation Relay Test
- Remove left front door isolation relay. Ensure battery voltage is present between relay terminal No. 86 ((Orange wire) and ground. If battery voltage is not present, check relay center fuse No. 2. Also check Orange wire for an open or short to ground.
- If battery voltage is present, connect a fused jumper wire between relay connector terminals No. 30 (Tan wire) and No. 86 (Orange wire). All doors except driver's door should unlock. If doors do not unlock as specified, check Tan wire for an open circuit.
- If doors unlock as specified, connect a test light between relay terminals No. 86 (Orange wire) and No. 85 (Light Green wire). Press transmitter UNLOCK button. If test light lights, replace left front door isolation relay. If test light does not light, check Light Green wire for an open circuit. Also check RAC module connector for good terminal contact. If circuits are okay, replace RAC module.
