Removal & Installation (Flow Control Valve)

Disconnect pressure line from pump. If necessary, remove pump for clearance. On vehicles with Electronic Variable Orifice (EVO), remove EVO actuator and pressure line adaptor. On vehicles without EVO, remove union bolt (flow control valve fitting). See Figure . On all vehicles, remove flow control valve, "O" ring and spring. To install, reverse removal procedure using NEW lubricated "O" ring. Tighten fittings to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  .
