Personal Automotive Security System (PASS-Key II(R)) is designed to prevent vehicle theft by disabling engine unless an ignition key assembly with a specific electrical resistance is used in ignition cylinder assembly. System components include ignition key assembly, ignition cylinder assembly, theft deterrent module assembly, theft deterrent relay assembly, and Powertrain Control Module (PCM).
