Keyless Entry Receiver/Transmitter Will Not Program
Attempt to program system with a known good transmitter and retest system. If system now operates, replace suspect transmitter. If system does not operate, check Black/White wire and connection between keyless entry receiver terminal "C" and keyless programming connector for an open or short circuit. If wiring and connection are okay, replace keyless entry receiver. If system does operate, replace transmitter.
