Entering Diagnostic Mode

  1. Turn ignition on. Press ECC panel OFF and WARMER buttons simultaneously. Hold buttons until all segments of panel illuminate, and then release buttons. If all segments do not illuminate, replace ECC panel before continuing procedure; this ensures codes will be correctly displayed.
  2. After segment check, codes will be displayed (if present). First, ECC current codes will be displayed, followed by ECC history (past) codes, and then ECM codes. Watch for Code 50 when ECC current codes are displayed, and Code 150 when ECC history codes are displayed.
