Using Tech 1: Notes

NOTE: Tech 1 Scan Tester (94-00101-A) with Bosch ABS DLC Adapter, Pinout Box (J-35592) and high impedance multimeter are needed to test parts of ABS.

1988-93 BRAKE cartridge must be inserted in Tech 1 to perform diagnostic procedures on Anti-Lock Brake System (ABS). Tech 1 is plugged into DLC before turning ignition on. A Bosch ABS adapter is required when testing Bosch 2U ABS.
