Removal & Installation: Notes

CAUTION: When battery is disconnected, vehicle computer and memory systems may lose memory data. Driveability problems may exist until computer systems have completed a relearn cycle. See COMPUTER RELEARN PROCEDURES article in GENERAL INFORMATION before disconnecting battery.

CAUTION: Make sure to disconnect the power window switch when working inside the door. When operated, the Express Down feature allows the door glass to drop very quickly which could cause personal injury.
