NOTE: Some Brougham and Roadmaster vehicles are equipped with Variable Effort Steering (VES) system, identified by a solenoid on the power steering pump at the pressure line outlet. See appropriate VARIABLE STEERING SYSTEM article in the STEERING section as listed below.
