Fuel Rail & Injectors (PFI): Installation

To install, reverse removal procedure. Coat new "O" rings with engine oil. Install "O" rings on injectors. Tighten fuel rail retaining bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  table at end of article.

To install reverse removal procedure. Lubricate injector "O" rings with engine oil. Install injector-to-fuel rail retaining clip, with open end facing injector electrical connection. Tighten fuel rail retaining bolts.

To install, reverse removal procedure. Coat new "O" rings with oil. Install "O" rings on injectors. Tighten bolts to specification. See TORQUE SPECIFICATIONS  table at end of article.
