Trim Panel: Removal

Remove negative battery cable.
Remove power seat switch plate. See SWITCH PLATE - POWER SEATS .
Remove power door lock switch. See SWITCH PLATE - POWER DOOR LOCKS .
On Riviera models, remove screws (3) at pull handle (1). See Fig 1 .
On Reatta models, remove pull strap (4). See Fig 2 .
On all models, pull out on trim panel disengaging fasteners at locations shown, using tool (J 24595-B) or equivalent. See Fig 3 and Fig 4 .
On Riviera, lift up on panel to disengage hooks at top.
On all models, remove electrical connectors.
Remove trim panel. See Fig 3 and Fig 4 .
