Multiplex System: Notes

The dash switch is a combination of switches and a variable resistor controlled by a single knob and a wash button switch. The 2 relays that control motor operation are the parking relay (gearbox relay), located in gearbox, and pulse relay (part of the timing circuit) located on the washer pump frame. Both relays must be energized to complete circuit to the wiper motor windings.
