Repair information relating to high-voltage components
- Do not touch conductor lines!
- Disconnect the plug connection (1) .
- Loosen screws (2) .
- Release wiring harness mounting (3) .
- Release nuts (4) .
- Loosen screws (5) .
- Remove screws (arrows).
Removing the sound insulation on the sides
- Release the clamps (1) .
- Remove the sound insulation (2)

- Pull the retainer (1) in the arrow direction.
- Disconnect plug connection (2) .
- Position the special tool 5 A2D AF0
on electrical machine electronics (2)
as shown and secure it using knurled screw (1)
.
- Position the special tool 5 A2D AF2
on EME (2)
as shown and secure it using knurled screw (1)
.
- Raise EME (1) out of the electrical machine.
- Place EME (1) in special tool 5 A2D AC5 .
- Seal the special tool 5 A2D AC5 with the lid.
