Installing the electrical machine electronics
NOTE:

- Do not place any tools or objects on the lid of the electrical machine electronics.

Repair information relating to high-voltage components
- Position the special tool 5 A2D AF0
on EME (2)
as shown and secure it using knurled screw (1)
.
- Position the special tool 5 A2D AF2
on EME (2)
as shown and secure it using knurled screw (1)
.
- Clean the sealing surfaces (1) and (2) .

- Dry the sealing surfaces (1) and (2) with a clean, lint-free cleaning cloth.
- Install seals (1)

- Position the electrical machine electronics (EME) (1) in the electrical machine.
- Remove special tools 5 A2D AF2 and 5 A2D AF0 .
- Do not touch conductor lines!
- Tighten screws (arrows).

- Install wiring harness mounting (3) .
- Close the plug connection (1) .
- Connect connectors (2) and lock.
- Close the retainer (1) in arrow direction.
Installing the sound insulation on the sides
- Install the sound insulation (2) .
- Secure clamps (1) .
