Cleaning the high-voltage connections o the new electrical machine electronics (EME)
- Provide a soft, clean underlay.
Dimensions: approx. 50x50 cm
- Take the new electrical machine electronics (1) out of the packaging and carefully place it face down on the underlay.
- Check both high-voltage connections (2)
as described in the next step.
- Do not touch the high-voltage connections.
- Check the equipment specification of the high-voltage connections:
- Type (1) : Tin connections - Cleaning not required.
- Type (2) : Copper connections - Clean the high-voltage connections using non-woven abrasive until the condition as displayed in illustration (2) is achieved.
