Install engine compartment fan

When replacing the engine compartment fan: Remount the temperature sensor (1).
Unclip temperature sensor (1) from the engine compartment fan.
Check the temperature sensor for damage and, if necessary, replace it.
Clip in temperature sensor on the engine compartment fan.

Tighten the screws (1).

TIGHTENING TORQUES SPECIFICATIONS

M8 screw	Tightening torque	12 Nm

Screw M6	Tightening torque	8 Nm

Connect the connector (2) on the temperature sensor and clip in the cable on the fan cowl.

Connect connector (1).
Install the sound insulation (2).
Tighten the screws (1).

Tighten down screw (3).
Connect connector (2) on the temperature sensor and clip in cable on the fan cowl.
Connect connector (1) for the engine compartment fan.
